Information on the Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For the United States, an extended withdrawal period of 30 days applies.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, or you can electronically fill out and submit the withdrawal request via the dedicated cancellation button ("Vertrag widerrufen" / "Cancel Contract") provided at the bottom of our website at https://Kunst-Direkt.de. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by email), including the exact date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract within the deadline, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

 

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount which is in proportion to what has been provided up to the time you communicate to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $2,000.00 USD or more.

• Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For customers in the United States, we offer an extended 30-day return policy.

• Return Period: The return period is 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Return Shipping Costs: Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to Germany.

• Condition: Artworks must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
