1. Returns & Withdrawal

For deliveries within Germany, the EU, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new artwork. Should a piece not meet your expectations, you have the right to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

• Return Period: 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Return Shipping Costs: The costs for return shipping are borne by the buyer.

• Procedure: Please contact us by email prior to returning any items. Since this involves sensitive artwork transport, we will gladly coordinate the return process with you to ensure that the artwork arrives safely and securely packed.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Important Information for International Shipments: Shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees that are not included in the total price and must be borne by the buyer.

Delivery Time: approx. 14 business days

• 0–50 cm: 6.90 €

• 51–100 cm: 9.90 €

• 101–120 cm: 24.90 €

• 121–200 cm: 39.90 €

• Larger than 200 cm: 89.90 €

• Panoramas: 49.90 €

• Objects: 9.90 €

Within EU Countries (Spain, Italy, France, Netherlands, Austria)

Delivery Time: approx. 20 business days

• 0–50 cm: 19.90 €

• 51–100 cm: 39.90 €

• 101–120 cm: 46.90 €

• 121–200 cm: 76.90 €

• Larger than 200 cm: 139.90 €

• Panoramas: 89.90 €

• Objects: 39.90 €

Outside EU Countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom)

Delivery Time: approx. 25 business days

• 0–50 cm: 79.90 €

• 51–100 cm: 89.90 €

• 101–120 cm: 239.90 €

• 121–200 cm: 399.90 €

• Larger than 200 cm: 529.00 €

• Panoramas: 139.90 €

• Objects: 149.90 €

3. Shipping & Returns USA

• Shipping Costs: We provide reliable, insured shipping for our artworks to the United States.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $150.00 USD for orders up to $1,999.99 USD.

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $2,000.00 USD or more.

• Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For customers in the United States, we offer an extended 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Return Shipping: Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to Germany. Artworks must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
